Better Banks has announced a new Branch Manager in the Chillicothe branch. Jen Jeakins was recently promoted to the position. As Branch Manager, she will oversee the branch's daily activities, actively promoting the Bank within the community and providing oversight, support, training, and guidance to the Tellers and Universal Bankers.

Most recently, Jen held the Universal Banker position. She held the position for five years, starting as a teller and moving into the Universal Banker position quickly. Before Better Banks, Jen worked as an insurance underwriter for seven years. However, she started her banking career at First National Bank, which Better Banks acquired in 2014. Jen worked there for nine years and held several positions.
