The winner may be required to fully complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 for receipt of the prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Further both the Station and Sponsor will resolve any disputes or ambiguities concerning the rules and any decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. The Sponsor reserve the right to modify or replace these rules at any time without notice. Verification that these rules are currently in force is the sole responsibility of the participant.
