Loan Processor

Essential Job Functions
• Review loan application files to verify that all data is complete, accurate and meets standards while meeting crucial deadlines.
• Verify and analyze loan documentation while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable federal, state and bank regulations.
•Responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing by verifying, compiling and entering borrower information into loan processing systems.

Skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Must be able to work under pressure and work well as a team player
 Good interpersonal relations with professional and leadership qualities
 Proficiency with all MS Office applications
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data entry skills
 Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and well organized
 Ability to maintain confidentiality
 A self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
 Professional demeanor and attire

Experience and Education Requirements
 Minimum 5-7 years of loan processing experience
 Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
 Experience and/or background in loan compliance documentation preferred but not required
